Originally released in 1975, Chicago IX gathered the band’s most iconic tracks from their early albums into one hits collection. This new 50th anniversary edition (available on 2LP and CD) expands the original 11-track lineup into a 21-track collection that now includes songs from every studio album released between 1969 and 1980. Several songs from Chicago (1970) appear in their Steven Wilson remix/edit versions, first issued in 2017.

Described as an “essential artefact from the band’s career” it captures their summer ’85 US tour supporting label mates New Order across the East Coast and Canada.
