When Sony announced the Bob Dylan Rolling Thunder Revue 1976 Live Recordings 39CD box set back in September, the only other format available was a 3LP vinyl edition that featured the 16 May, 1976 Forth Worth show, in Texas.

That has now changed as the same concert is being released as a standalone 2CD set. These two discs are CDs 32 and 33 from the box set and feature the complete Fort Worth, TX performance on the second leg of the legendary Rolling Thunder Revue tour, with newly remixed audio. 18 of the 22 tracks are previously unreleased.

Whether this was always the plan, or Sony responding to fan feedback is unclear, but at less than £12 this is now the cheapest format available from the reissue campaign.

The Rolling Thunder Revue – Fort Worth, TX, 1976 will be released as a 2CD set on 18 December 2026, more than five weeks after the 39CD box set and the 3LP vinyl edition of the Forth Worth show.
