Bronski Beat’s second album, 1986’s Truthdare Doubledare, is to be reissued in July.

Jimmy Somervile had left and was replaced by John Foster as the band enjoyed another major hit single courtesy of ‘Hit That Perfect Beat’ which was featured in the film Letter to Brezhnev.

The album is remastered and reissued as a 3CD deluxe set which features BBC Sessions, remixes and more, while even the single CD edition still adds five bonus tracks. The LP version is available in purple vinyl and as a store exclusive picture disc and includes one bonus track.

Truthdare Doubledare will be released on 3 July 2026 via London Records.
