Earlier this year Bryan Adams played a three-night residency at Royal Albert Hall. Each night he performed one of his hit albums in full: Reckless, 18 ‘Til I Die and So Happy It Hurts. 3CD+blu-ray and 4LP+blu-ray box sets offer all three nights with the blu-ray featuring all three concert films (directed by Dick Carruthers). Impressive, if you’re a fan.
Donna Summer / On The Radio: Greatest Hits Expanded
Donna Summer’s 16-track best of from 1979 is reissued and expanded to 40 tracks for this new 2CD release. This set features seven-inch versions and includes 30 UK chart hits, 18 of which reached the Top 20. A vinyl version offers 24 tracks across two vinyl records.
Ringo’s eighth studio album reissued as a vinyl picture disc. Released in 1981 it features the George Harrison-penned Wrack My Brain and contributions from Paul McCartney, Harry Nilsson, Ronnie Wood and Stephen Stills. The follow-up album, 1983’s Old Wave, get the same treatment.
Tina Arena’sDon’t Ask was released in 1994 and features the outstanding pop single ‘Chains’ and three other UK top 30 hits. It’s now reissued on translucent red vinyl.
