Spandau Ballet’s classic compilation Gold: The Best Of Spandau Ballet will be issued as an SDE exclusive blu-ray, featuring Steven Wilson Dolby Atmos mixes of all the hits, in November!

This collection was first released in the year 2000 and spans the band’s career from 1980 to 1989. It features 17 top 40 hits singles, including ‘Gold’, ‘True’, ‘Chant No. 1 (I Don’t Need This Pressure On)’, ‘Through The Barricades’, ‘To Cut A Long Story Short’ and many more.

Steven Wilson has mixed 19 songs in Atmos Dolby Atmos, 5.1 Surround and PCM Stereo, including an exclusive bonus track, ‘How Many Lies?’, the third single from 1986’s Through The Barricades. Additionally, PCM Stereo instrumental versions of all tracks are available for the first time. To complement the new mixes, the original stereo mix of Gold: The Best of Spandau Ballet is also included on this blu-ray disc (18 tracks).

Gold: The Best Of Spandau Ballet is a region-free blu-ray audio and is #76 in the ongoing SDE Surround Series. It will be packaged similarly to previous editions (clear amaray case) and ships with a free, collectible SDE Surround Series slipcase.

The SDE blu-ray audio is TIME LIMITED release; the pre-order window closes at midnight GMT on 15 September 2026. Availability after that point cannot be guaranteed. A bundle with George Michael’s The Faith Tour SDE blu-ray (announced today) is available.
