John Williams The Anthology – Vol.1 1969-1990 is a limited edition 22CD box set, the first of three volumes that brings together a collection of John’s music for film and the concert stage.

It includes his scores for classic films such as Jaws, Star Wars, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Superman: The Movie, Raiders of the Lost Ark, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Empire of the Sun, Born on the Fourth of July and Home Alone.

The disc sleeves feature original artwork and the list of albums included is listed below. The Anthology – Vol.1 1969-1990 will be released on 18 July 2025 via Sony Music Classical.
