‘White Label’ auction offers fans exclusive signed test pressings
Rare test pressings up for grabs!
Rare vinyl test pressings will go under the hammer TOMORROW at The White Label Auction in aid of The BRIT Trust.
Last year’s event achieved a total hammer price of £44,200, including £8,800 for an original 1975 seven-inch test pressing of Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’.
This year’s signed highlights include items from The Cure’s Robert Smith, Roxy Music, Erasure, Starsailor, and more. The Roxy Music item is a double-sided acetate of 1973 single ‘Do the Strand’ cut at IBC Studios in London’s Portland Place, donated by Phil Manzanera and signed by Phil, Bryan Ferry, and Andy Mackay.
But there’s plenty of other test pressings from artists such as De La Soul, Duran Duran, Freddie Mercury, Garbage, Lily Allen, Paul Weller, Pete Townshend, The Rolling Stones, Simple Minds, Tears For Fears, Thin Lizzy and more.
THE BRIT Trust supports hundreds of causes promoting education and wellbeing across the UK, including The BRIT School, Nordoff and Robbins, ELAM, Music Support, and Key4Life.
The auction will take place tomorrow, at 11am 23 June 2026 and is once again being hosted by music memorabilia and vinyl record specialists Omega Auctions. You can browse all the lots here.
