Harold Budd / The Pavilion of Dreams (reissue)
Harold Budd’s 1978 album (started in 1972 and recorded in 1976) is acknowledged as a minimalist masterpiece and was produced by Brian Eno. The man himself said: ““The Pavilion Of Dreams erased my past. I consider that to be the birth of myself as a serious artist. It was like my Magna Carta”. Among others, it features saxophonist Marion Brown and Gavin Bryars and Michael Nyman.
