Pete Townshend / Live in Concert 1985-2001 CD

Seven rare and out-of-print concerts by Pete Townshend are issued in a new 14CD box set called Live in Concert 1985-2001. SDE took an early look at this box in this month’s video roundup and we spoke to Townshend about this release which will be published soon.

David Bowie’s 1967 debut album (issued on Deram) is re-released on 2LP coloured vinyl and as 2CD set.

Trevor Horn and friends released an album in 2012 under the Producers moniker. Made in Basing Street (the album in question) has now been expanded to this 5CD box set.

Talking Heads / Stop Making Sense CD, Vinyl, Blu-ray

Talking Heads’ Stop Making Sense is reissued with two bonus tracks. The 2CD+blu-ray edition includes a Dolby Atmos Mix on the blu-ray but no concert film (i.e. it’s audio-only).

NOW 18 was originally released in 1990. This has the unappealing original artwork and a tracklisting with four original songs missing.
