The All Seeing I / Pickled Eggs & Sherbert

The All Seeing I‘s only album, Pickled Eggs & Sherbert, will be reissued in April. 

The All Seeing I consisted of core members Dean Honer, Jason Buckle and Richard Barrett, but acted more like a collective, bringing together various artists from across Sheffield, including Jarvis Cocker, Phil Oakey.

The band released their first single, ‘I Walk’ in 1997, and found mainstream success the following year with the lead single for Pickled Eggs & Sherbert, their remixed cover of ‘Beat Goes On’, reaching number 11 on the UK singles chart. The following single, ‘Walk Like A Panther’, went one better, peaking at number 10. Despite this success, Pickled Eggs and Sherbert would be the group’s only album before disbanding in 2002. 

Pickled Eggs… has been remastered and is released the first time on vinyl (a red & yellow coloured vinyl 2LP set) and is reissued as 2CD deluxe edition. The 2CD version features new mixes, rare B-sides and extra tracks from CD singles, and a new remix of ‘Walk Like A Panther’. 

Pickled Eggs & Sherbert will be released on 25 April 2025 via London Records.
